With more names being released, memorials in construction and the body count rising to over 130 and climbing, France now calls for war against Iraq’s ISIS forces. President François Hollande of France is reaching out to Obama, Russian president Vladimir Putin, British Prime Minister David Cameron, Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel and several other world super powers in order to form a grand coalition to contain ISIS and take away its territory in Iraq, Syria and Islam. In the past year, ISIS has lost approximately 25% of its land and have struggled to recruit followers. Politicians believe this is the reason ISIS now turns to international terrorism attacks instead of fighting on the battlefield.
