On December 18, the worldwide premiere of “Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens” will not only satisfy millions of fans but roll in hefty amounts of cash. According to Business Insider, the latest teaser trailer had over 88 million viewers. The much anticipated film is projected to make a little over $1.75 billion in December alone. The total box office earnings are predicted to be over two billion dollars, which would make the seventh episode one of the highest grossing films of all time. If the predictions are correct, the film will equal or surpass the profit of “Titanic”, making it the second highest grossing film of all time behind “Avatar” (2009).
