With the iPhone 6S and the 6S plus being in its corresponding youths, there is further talk on the upcoming iPhone 7. There have been many dramatic predictions as to what the newest generation iPhone holds ever since Apple released new models of it earlier this year. On the newest upcoming iPhone, it has been said that there will be new features and upgrades. Apple will continue to release two different sized versions of each iPhone, the regular iPhone 7 and an iPhone 7 Plus. The only new feature to this generation’s size is the thinness. Rumors say that Apple is aiming to make the it as thin as the 6.1 millimeter iPod touch. Although they plan on doing this by removing the 3.5 millimeter headphone jack and the application of a thinner Lightning port (where the battery charger is connected). Taking out the headphone jack gives Apple the opportunity to add more internal components. The headphone jack may be replaced by a second speaker for stereo audio. Without using a headphone jack, wired earbuds will be able to connect to the iPhone’s Lightning port and Bluetooth headphones that will connect wirelessly. It is also rumored that Apple is working on Lightning-equipped Earpods to sell with the device. There are also different companies selling wireless earbuds that can connect onto the phone using Bluetooth. One of the new features with the design of the iPhone is that the camera will be flushed with the whole body of the phone, not protruding as the ones on the iPhone 6 and 6s.  On September 9 of last year, 6S and 6S Plus were displayed and were available to buy on September 25. According to Apple’s traditional accent as to when iPhones are released, new models will debut in the fall of this year.
