Wish Week is a time to raise money for the make a wish foundation! Helping kids who are not as fortunate as others. The Make-A-Wish Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in the U.S. that arranges experiences for children described as “wishes” to children with life-threatening medical conditions.

To help contribute to the cause, Desert Vista is having fundraisers the whole week of Sept. 25-29.

To raise money DV is doing a wide variety of activities to earn money:

– Selling wish stars for 1$ and you get entered into a raffle to win free homecoming tickets.

– Andy’s frozen custard is having a fundraiser Tuesday, Sept 26 from 5-9

– Wednesday, Sept. 27th there is a pie throw for 3$ each to throw at the football team and class presidents.

– Chipotle has a fundraiser on Thursday, Sept 28th from 4-8

– 3rd Hour competition – The Ac-Lab class to raise the most money wins a pizza party!

Wish Week is also spirit week!

9/28 Hope – White Out 4 Tukee Bowl!

9/29 Show Your colors- DV spirit!
