DV is known for being a school of excellence, although there have been many reports of stealing on campus. Certain crimes happen everyday. From food to backpacks, student’s belongings are disappearing all too often.
A common occurrence happens to be accidental swapping of possessions, a student sees a black backpack near them in the lunchroom, takes it, thinking it is theirs. Those cases are unfortunate, but usually end up with a positive result of both students backpacks being returned. Here, we are talking about intentional theft and how to prevent it.
