Dishonored is a stealth/action-adventure video game and was released on October 9,2012 worldwide.

In Dishonored you play as Corvo Attano, in which you were Lord Protector of Empress Jessamine Kaldwin. Empress Jessamine had only one child named Emily Kaldwin. Later in the game as you come back from a voyage back to Dunwall Tower Emily is the first to greet you and soon you go to see Empress Jessamine to give her a letter from Corvo’s voyage. After the Empress reads the letter, they are soon ambushed by a group of assassins. Corvo holds them off killing most but one of the assassin uses some type of magic to hold Corvo back and watches as the leader stabs Empress Jessamine and another assassin part of the group grabs Emily and abducts her. By the Royal Spymaster Hiram Burrows, Corvo is accused of the murder of Empress Jessamine and the kidnapping of Princess Emily. After Corvo’s escape from Coldridge Prison with the help of the Loyalists, Corvo joins the group without hesitation.

Whether Corvo’s primary mission after rescuing Emily is to restore Dunwall or exact revenge depends on your choices and the way you play them out.

In Dishonored 2 which is the sequel to Dishonored, is said to be out Spring of 2016.

You will play as both Emily Kaldwin and Corvo Attano.

The game is set fifteen years after the original game Dishonored in which Emily, who is now Empress is overthrown by a unknown antagonist. Emily and Corvo set out to find out who overthrew the Empress and to get Emily’s throne back.
