“Goosebumps” review

Goosebumps+review

If you were a big fan of spooky, scary frightening tales and loved reading books, R.L.Stine was the person who created it all with his chilling tales that added horror and frights to children’s childhoods like mines, you would absolutely love this movie.

It all starts off as young teenage boy, Zack(played by Dylan Minnette) moves to a new town in Madison, Delaware where Zack’s mom gets a new job as vice principal Gale (played by Amy Ryan). This is where zack meets new best friend champ(played by Ryan Lee) at school. Zach goes home and throws out the trash and this where he meets future girlfriend Hannah (played by Odeya Rush) but Hannah is not allowed outside and is home schooled because of her strict father R.L.Stine(played by Jack Black). So one night Zach hears a scream from Hannah’s house and calls champ over to come with him to check it out they go over and sneak in the house and go up to a book case and look at these books but they all have mysterious locks on them. They find this key and unlock a book but just before opening it Hannah frightens them. And zack drops the book and a monster the “abominable” Snow Man come out the book and hits the bookshelf and unlocks the book of a living dummy named Slappy just before running away. Slappy came out of the book and gets revenge on R.L.Stine for locking him away for years.

If you want to see the rest of the action and mystery go and watch the movie in theaters. The movie also topped the charts as #1 this week and brought in 23.5 million dollars.
