Meet Brendan Burke, a freshman at Desert Vista High School. Something that you might have not known about Brendan is that he has enjoyed playing baseball since he was three. 

“Because it’s fun and like, I played it my whole life,” said Brendan. “I play like a catcher, pitcher, or I could play anywhere pretty much.” 

After a long day of school, Brendan likes to take a break by sitting down to catch up on YouTube, a way to think of something else. 

“That you can watch really anything, like if you want to watch like swimming you can watch that or if you want to watch like, like a funny cartoon,” he said. “And I can be on it all day and really not get bored because there’s such a variety of things.”
