Meet Dean Wool, a 17-year-old senior at Desert Vista. If you get to know Dean, you would find out that he is from Long Beach and he visits there often. 

“So I lived there for the first two years of my life,” said Wool.  “But, every year we went back around four to five times, so my favorite part is the beach because once we moved to Arizona you know we don’t really border the ocean here. So going back to the beach and being able to just do everything on there, that was my favorite part.”

Dean also likes basketball.

“It’s just a really high paced game like you know it just doesn’t stop,” he said. “There’s no real breaks other than like timeouts, it’s just back and forth, back and forth, something’s always happening.”

Because Dean is outgoing, energetic, and hard-working, getting to know him is a good thing. You too should get to know him this semester!
