The “Pregnant Man”, who made news for carrying a child as a transgender man, has just recently been sentenced for stalking his ex-wife.

Last September, an Arizona Department of Public Safety officer stopped to help Beatie’s estranged wife with a flat tire and noticed a device on her car. The device was a GPS tracking device placed by her ex husband in order to keep his kids safe.

Their 5-year-old son claimed he was forced to go into a dirty cage when he misbehaved by his mother who claimed she never did such a thing.

Beatie was originally accused of stalking and pleaded not guilty however, he did plead guilty to the charge of disorderly conduct.

“I am guilty of wanting to protect my children” he stated in court in attempt to rationalize his actions.

Beatie’s was sentenced to a year of unsupervised probation after being ruled guilty
