This Saturday, March 4th,  ASU Tempe welcomes students to their upcoming College Readiness event. The event takes place from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm at ASU in Tempe. There will be various academic and educational resources, and presentations from the ASU Admissions and Financial Aid departments, and many opportunities to be informed.

In addition they will have a number of college readiness workshops, including Preparing for College, Paying for College, Step to the Top, a me3 demo room, and campus tours. All workshops are available in English and in Spanish. ASU would love for students to attend so that can see what ASU has to offer.

All grade levels may attend, it’s never too early to start thinking about and preparing for college. They encourage everyone to come so that they can have a feel for what college life is like. You must RSVP at fsdfdaytempe.eventbrite.com so they can make accommodations for you.

Teachers always say that it’s never too late to start thinking about college and ASU proves this point to be true. “It’s great that they have this program, it gives students a chance to look more into their future” says senior Sadie Beus.

When asked if they would consider going to this event freshman Karly Makay says, “Yes I would because I am planning on going to college in state and it would be a great way to prepare myself more for the future.
