The thunder speech and debate club is a club here at Desert Vista that allows kids to compete in different scenarios.
Capturing what it is that they exactly do just takes walking through the A-building. Students continue to remain puzzled at the thought of hearing about the team and not knowing what it is that makes them so worth talking about.
The team goes out and competes in front of a court made of judges. The students take the time to prepare for the competition on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school. On Tuesdays they perform in front of the whole team getting feedback and collaborating as one unit. On Thursdays they do the same, but disperse into multiple mini-units getting one-on-one feedback for the best outcome of their scripts.
