Xbox One review

The Xbox One is a console produced by Microsoft and was released in 2013. It is the eighth generation of consoles and it’s predecessor is the Xbox 360. It currently costs about $350, depending on where you purchase it from.

It is notably bigger than the 360 but that’s definitely a better thing since it makes nearly no noise and has room for the hardware upgrades that Microsoft included. Along with that the led on the front is now a white Xbox symbol used to turn the console on and off.

These changes are good since quality over the size is preferred for better gaming, however the Xbox power button can be a pain sometimes. If you’re not careful you can press the sensor which will turn the console off, a simple button would’ve made it much easier to use.

The interface itself is now easy to navigate. Before the update the interface was hard to understand and use. Now it’s easy to use since you can go left for setting and parties, and you can go right for the market and other items.

The graphics it can run is also very nice for a console. Comparing it to my gaming computer which was three times the cost it can run games pretty good. Rise of The Tomb Raider is better looking on the pc but Xbox still makes it look incredible.

Microsoft created a new controller for the Xbox one which is bigger and better. Although not hard to hold onto it can be used for easy gaming on first person shooters, puzzles, fighting games and more. Plus it uses little battery power so it can last for many days straight.

This console is a win on Microsoft’s part, they created an easy to use device that anybody can learn after a couple minutes. If you enjoy simple gaming with friends or just yourself, the Xbox One is right for anyone.
