Desert Vista Art Club

The Desert Vista Art Club is an active club that meets every Thursday after school from 3:14pm to 4:20pm. The club works together on many group activities. Art club activities include students joining art competitions, selling bracelets made by the students, teaching younger students about art at Estrella Elementary School, fundraisers and many more! Joining the art club is a great way to make friends, to learn more about art, and to interact with other students from DV.

Currently the art club members are working on painting the DV choir room. The club is also working on making origami hearts, that will be painted and decorated by the talented art club members for them to sell during the month of February. These activities gives a wonderful chance for members to help each other and to have fun which shows other students how outgoing and how friendly the art club is.

“The art club is very fun and creative.” says Nour Haddad, a freshman at Desert Vista High School. I also believe that the DV art club is very creative from creating bracelets to making origami hearts! The art club is especially one of the most outgoing club on campus.
They are a very outgoing club because the club also does different interactions with other clubs on campus. During the month of November the art club joined the Native American club to help decorate the school campus together to celebrate Native American Heritage Month. In the past, the art club also did a few art competitions. The club hopes to join more art competitions in the future. The art club is a friendly, outgoing, and a fun club that encourages other art lovers to join.
