At Desert Vista High School there was an event going on. This event was called the Blood Drive. It is pretty self explanatory. Students donate blood. It is very nice that someone would go out of their way to give blood away. Some people need more blood and it is just very generous and shows that the person who is giving up blood for a person in need shows they care. People that do drugs probably should not donate because they will get in trouble. Although it is nice the person cannot do it. But people can do want they want. Anyways the person who is receiving the blood is probably very thankful because just by getting some more blood it could keep the person alive. Student Heather Busk shared her opinion. “I think it is so cool that people donate blood to anyone in need of it. It is just so sweet and kindhearted”. “I think i am going to donate blood next year. It seems so nice and i feel like i would feel so good about myself by helping somebody in need for blood” says Carissa Anich. “I think the people who donate blood are generous and its so nice of them” says Erin Flatley. Holly Hanson says”it is so cool that people go out of their way to do it”.Overall the blood drive at Desert Vista High School is just such a great thing to do and be a part of.
