CFB Prediction

The college football playoff is in its 2nd year, and only four teams are going to have the talent and guts to make it. Some of the teams that made it last year will make it this year, and some teams will not make it.

Last year, Ohio State, Oregon, Florida State, and Alabama. This year, the playoff landscape will be heavily changed, with only two possible returners to the playoffs. We first start with Clemson, a surprise team, led by a their coach, Dabo Swinney, and a stifling defense this team is possibly the most balanced team out of all the four teams who make it. They have gone undefeated and should have no problem staying undefeated, they will end as the number one seed.

Then we have Ohio State, the Buckeyes have gone undefeated so far this season, led by J.T. Barret, and Ezekiel Elliot, this offense is loaded and should have no problem steamrolling through people. The defense is stacked, led by Joey Bosa, this defense will also have no problem stopping opponents. I think they will end as the number two seed.

Now, Notre Dame, the fighting Irish, one of the most storied franchises in college football. This team has suffered numerous injuries, including their starting quarterback, their starting running back, and other valuable injuries. They have an elite offense led by DeShone Kizer, Will Fuller, and Josh Adams. They also have a good defense, with Sheldon Day, Jaylon Smith, leading the charge. This Notre Dame team is the best they have had in a long time, and should end with the number three seed.

Lastly, we have Oklahoma State, who just put a pounding on TCU. This team should be the number four seed because they have quality wins over ranked opponents, and are explosive, and conservative with the ball. They have one of the lowest turnover ratios, yet are top 20 in scoring. They have an efficient offense, a very good defense capable of shutting down any opponent at any time, and a rabid fan base. This should be a top four team, especially if they can beat Baylor. These are the teams that should make the college football playoffs if they all win out.

A very exiting top four, this would get views from all sorts of people, fans or not
