2: Karl Anthony-Towns: Karl Anthony-Towns has taken the Timberwolves, and alongside Andrew Wiggins, the Timberwolves are slowly becoming a respectable team. And only imagine if he hits his ceiling.

3: Jahlil Okafor: Okafor has been the star, steady rock for the ‘6ers. He has completely changed their style of play, and has averaged 20 points doing it. He is special and it looks like Philly hit a homerun on this one.

4: Emmanuel Mudiay: The only point guard on this list, Mudiay has made the transition from China to the NBA seem effortless. He has surprisingly led Denver to a respectable records, however he has to cut down his turnovers.

5: Justice Winslow: The Miami Heat got an absolute steal with this pick, as they no longer are left in LeBron’s shadow. Justice Winslow may be coming off the bench, however, he has made the Heat significantly better on D.
