While giving an interview last week about his dog Kane Jeter said, “ he was a gift from my fiance last Christmas.” Until now he was dating model Hannah Davis. The two have been a couple for the past five years, and are now apparently engaged. Jeter was known as quite the ladies man during his time with the Yankees dating over 20 a-list models and actresses.
