The Junior Varsity Girl’s Soccer team has finally ended with 12 games 11  won and 1 loss. This team of girls consisted of freshmen and sophomores that have had a good run .

“The season went great, we only lost once, we’re a family.” said by Coach Ray .

The final game and the first game of the season both ended with wins. The first against Westview, 14-0. The last against Desert Ridge with a final score of 2-0.

“At the beginning we weren’t all friends but we became friends almost like family. The season was good, it was fun!” said one of the freshmen players Willow Brown.

The lost game was up against Xavier College Prep. With an end score of 2-1. As much as it was a close call the Xavier Girls took the last goal.

“We needed to get to the ball first ‘check to the ball’, I think i definitely improved on Ball mastery which is technical skills with the ball. The season went great, we only lost once” said another freshmen girl on the team Audra Sumetz.

For most of the players during the game against Xavier had trouble passing the ball fast
enough. As it is called checking the ball or faster speed of play.

“I want a crooked number.” Said the Coach Ray once again .
