Thunder Theatre Company’s production of The Addams Family opened Wednesday March 22. The show ran from till Friday March 24. The cast has been working hard since january to put on an amazing show.

“ I was shocked when I had been cast as an ancestor” Freshman Hannah Sanders said “ I am so excited for the show to open. We have worked so hard and I think the audience will love it. The cast is amazing and extremely talented.”  

The show is about the Addams family many years after the popular movie took place. In the musical Wednesday Addams (Jasmine Bassham) is trying to get her family to like her new boyfriend Lucas (Will Lombardi). His one flaw is that he is a normal boy from Ohio. She spends the whole show trying to show her kooky family that she has found her true love.

“ I am very excited for everyone to see the show” Director Mr. Gingerich said “ I have spent a lot of time working on the set and the show making everything look perfect. I hope everyone enjoys The Addams Family”

The Addams Family was a success. The cast and crew’s hard work payed off.  Every evening’s audience loved the show.  If you did not have a chance to come see the show you really missed out. I cannot wait to see what the thunder theatre company will produce next.
